党的十八届三中全会对我国的劳动机制的现代化改革提出了相关要求,我国现行的劳动人事争议调整仲裁制度已经逐监管实施等方面分别提出制度改善创新的可行性策略。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the relevant requirements for the modernization of China’s labor system. The current system of adjustment and arbitration of labor and personnel disputes has been put under the supervision of the implementation of the system.
