解剖了9例18侧女性盆腔标本,着重观察了盆丛与子宫颈癌根治术有关的子宫骶骨韧带、主韧带的关系。提出了在术中保留盆丛和减少并发症的方法,并与过去术中没有注意保护盆丛的效果作了对比.
Pelvic specimens from 9 female patients of 18 sides were dissected. The relationship between pelvic plexus and uterosacral ligament and the main ligament were analyzed. The method of preserving pelvic plexus and reducing the complications during surgery was proposed and compared with the results of no care to protect the pelvic plexus in the past operations.
