在进行杂交育种时,对杂种后代的处理,大多用系谱法,有关这方面的性状遗传研究较多。用混合法处理杂种后代,具有保留基因型多和较为省工的特点,此法在国内应用甚少,其理论研究亦不多见。国外从四十年代起,在小麦、大麦、燕麦、大豆等作物中进行杂种组合产比,以便在早代确定优良组合,但未得到一致的看法。本试验用六棱大麦为材料,拟进行多年多世代组合产量比较和选择,以便为混合法处理杂种后代提供依据。现将二年F_2组合产比结果先作报道。
