目的 :评价螺旋CT多期扫描在肾癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 :分析、总结 4 0例肾癌的螺旋CT表现 ,其中 3 4例经手术病理证实。结果 :进展期肾癌 3 4例 ,增强扫描 2 4例皮质期强化高或等于正常肾皮质 ,8例强化低于皮质但高于髓质 ,2例强化等或低于髓质 ;小肾癌 4例 ,3例皮质期强化高或等于肾皮质 ,1例低于皮质但高于髓质 ;囊性肾癌 2例 ,1例皮质期囊壁及壁结节强化低于肾皮质高于髓质 ,1例皮质期囊壁及不规则分隔强化等于肾皮质。皮质后期及实质期肿瘤强化减弱。结论 :螺旋CT多期扫描在肾癌尤其是小肾癌的诊断中较常规CT有明显优越性 ;多数肾癌皮质期强化明显、皮质后期及实质期强化减弱这一强化形式有一定定性诊断意义
Objective: To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Methods: To analyze and summarize the CT findings of 40 cases of renal cell carcinoma, of which 34 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results: There were 34 cases of advanced renal cell carcinoma, 24 cases of advanced renal cell carcinoma with enhanced or equal to normal renal cortex, 8 cases of enhancement lower than cortex but higher than medulla, 2 cases of enhancement or lower than medulla, small renal cell carcinoma 4 cases, 3 cases of cortical enhancement or equal to the renal cortex, 1 case of lower than the cortex but higher than the medulla; 2 cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma, 1 case of cortical wall and wall nodules enhanced lower than the renal cortex higher than the pulp Quality, 1 case of cortical wall and irregular dividing equal to the renal cortex. Cortical late and substantial tumor weakening. Conclusions: Spiral CT multislice scanning is more effective than conventional CT in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma, especially small renal cell carcinoma. Most of the renal cell carcinoma have obvious enhancement in the cortical phase and weakening in the cortex and the parenchyma
