知识经济时代,企业面临生产成本上涨,产品开发周期变短,竞争压力越来越大等一系列问题。在此背景下,创新成为企业竞争优势的来源,并为可持续发展提供动力。文中选取高新技术企业—“双鹭药业”进行实证分析,旨在研究中小企业创新管理的现状,基于分析结果构建创新管理流图,提出影响企业技术创新能力的因素以及改进意见,同时也给予其他企业关于提高创新水平的启示。
