检察官业绩评价机制是科学管理检察官的方法之一。实践中,检察官业绩评价体系存在诸多弊端并未发挥其真正的作用。本文针对存在问题,提出了检察官业绩评价体系的价值目标、原则、应根据所在部门不同制定个性化评价指标及评价结果的运用。期待为检察官依法履职及员额制检察官的考核有所裨益。
Prosecutor performance evaluation mechanism is one of the methods of scientific management prosecutors. In practice, prosecutors performance evaluation system has many drawbacks and did not play its real role. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the value goals and principles of procuratorial performance appraisal system, and makes the application of individualized appraisal indicators and appraisal results according to the different departments. Expectations for prosecutors to perform their duties according to law and prosecutors post examination of some benefit.
