近年来,国家电网公司加大农村电网建设投入,强化乡镇供电所管理等一系列措施,使农村供电服务水平得到明显提升。但受历史起点低、人员结构复杂和投入不足等因素制约,部分乡镇供电所建设和管理水平与公司总体目标仍有较大差距。公司决定,加大供电所人力、物力、精力、财力投入,强化关键环节管控,健全激励约束机制,丰富工作载体,经过几年努力,使营业区内农村配电网供电保障能力
