针对N-J水电工程调压竖井长溜管输送混凝土时骨料离析、下料速度快、混凝土和易性较差等输送技术难点,设计出一种“套接式H型”缓冲器,并对其结构设计及工作原理进行了详细研究。现场对比试验及应用表明:与原有的MY·BOX型缓冲器相比,新型缓冲器结构简单,制作成本低,且能有效控制高落差条件下的混凝土下落速度,解决混凝土拌和物离析及对管路磨损、击穿问题,保证了设备的使用寿命、施工安全及混凝土工程质量,可为类似竖井混凝土衬砌施工提供良好的借鉴。
In view of the difficulty of conveying technology such as aggregate segregation, fast cutting speed and poor concrete workability when conveying long-length concrete in NJ hydropower project, the “H-type” buffer is designed The structure design and working principle are studied in detail. Compared with the existing MY / BOX type bumper, the new type of bumper has the advantages of simple structure and low production cost, and can effectively control the falling speed of concrete under high drop conditions and solve the segregation of concrete mixes. Pipeline wear and tear breakdown problems, to ensure the service life of the equipment, construction safety and quality of concrete works, can provide a good reference for similar shaft lining construction of concrete.
