文章从人类存在出发,通过对文化创造机制和基本属性的探讨,得出文章的核心论点:文化是普遍共存与特殊存在的、传承与发展的、人类解决问题的方式。而文化差异的管理策略正是人类解决文化差异这个现实问题的方式。所以,管理文化差异本身就是一种文化,且具备文化的基本属性。以此简单逻辑便得到了一种实用的跨文化管理方法论:在“求同存异”大观念和“和合”整合法的指导下,运用企业文化建设的理论与实践来构建跨文化管理中文化整合的框架。
Starting from the existence of human beings, this article draws the core argument of the article through the discussion of the mechanism of cultural creation and its basic attributes: culture is a way of human coexistence and special existence, inheritance and development, and problem solving. The management strategy of cultural differences is exactly the way for mankind to solve the practical problem of cultural differences. Therefore, the management of cultural differences itself is a culture, and have the basic attributes of culture.
