接受理论作为20世纪60年代兴起的一个文学理论流派,在现代西方文学理论中占有举足轻重的位置。接受理论以读者为中心,注重不同背景的读者对文本所产生的“期待视野”以及对作者所产生的影响。将接受理论引入大学英语教学,尤其是大学英语分级教学中,以学生为中心,通过分析不同层次和背景水平的学生对大学英语分级教学的接受和反应,构建一个开放式、启发式、互动式的教学环境,提高教学效果。
