目的 :探讨影响低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)颗粒大小的遗传因素。方法 :应用 2 %~ 1 6%非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定 LDL颗粒大小 ,采用 PCR-限制性片段长度多态技术分析微粒体甘油三酯转移蛋白 (MTP)基因和 β3-肾上腺能受体 (β3- AR)基因多态性。结果 :含 MTP- 493T等位基因的 2型糖尿病人具有明显缩小的 LDL颗粒 ,β3- AR基因多态性与 LDL颗粒大小无明显相关性。结论 :MTP基因是影响 2型糖尿病 LDL颗粒的重要后选基因
Objective: To investigate the genetic factors affecting the size of low density lipoprotein (LDL) particles. Methods: LDL particle size was determined by 2% ~ 16% non-denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP) gene and β3-adrenoceptor were analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism Body (β3-AR) gene polymorphism. Results: Type 2 diabetes patients with MTP-493T allele had significantly reduced LDL particles. There was no significant correlation between β3-AR gene polymorphism and LDL particle size. Conclusion: MTP gene is an important post-selection gene affecting type 2 diabetes LDL particles
