目的:研究西北地区商品甘草的高效液相指纹图谱,为建立商品甘草的行业质量标准提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,选用ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18柱(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温25℃,以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长237 nm,进行梯度洗脱,生成图谱。使用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A”和SPSS软件建立HPLC对照指纹图谱并进行聚类分析。结果:建立了西北地区商品甘草的高效液相指纹图谱,方法学验证符合要求。16批商品甘草药材的指纹图谱有10个特征共有峰,与生成对照图谱比较相似度均>0.904,通过聚类分析将16批药材聚为4类。结论:该方法稳定、可靠,本研究首次采用HPLC指纹图谱比较西北地区不同等级的商品甘草,为西北地区商品甘草的质量考察、等级划分提供有益参考。
Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint of commercial licorice in northwestern China and to provide the basis for establishing the industry quality standard of commercial licorice. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a ZORBAX Edipse XDB-C18 column (4.60 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 25 ° C. using acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 237 nm. Off, generate the map. Using “Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system 2004A ” and SPSS software to establish HPLC control fingerprint and cluster analysis. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of commercial licorice in the northwest of China was established. The method validation was in accordance with the requirements. The fingerprints of 16 batches of licorice medicinal materials had 10 characteristic common peaks, all of which had similarity> 0.904 with the generated control maps, and clustered 16 medicinal materials into 4 types by cluster analysis. Conclusion: This method is stable and reliable. In this study, we first used HPLC fingerprinting to compare different grades of commercial licorice in northwestern China, and provided a useful reference for the quality inspection and grading of commercial licorice in Northwest China.
