职业认同感不仅是学生努力学习专业知识和技能,提高自身专业能力的动力来源,更是学生完成由专业学习者向职业工作者这一身份转换的重要基础。本文以本校营销专业学生为对象,研究学生的职业认同感现状、职业认同感与学业的关系,并进一步分析探讨影响学生职业认同感的因素,最后提出培养和提高学生职业认同的对策。
Occupational identity is not only a source of students’ efforts to learn professional knowledge and skills and improve their professional abilities, but also an important basis for students to complete the status conversion from professional learners to professional workers. This article takes marketing majors of our university as an object to study the status quo of students’ professional identity, the relationship between professional identity and learning, and further analyze and discuss the factors that affect the students’ professional identity. Finally, the countermeasures to develop and enhance students’ professional identity are put forward.
