目的 :观察不同溶剂异丙酚的抗氧化保护作用。方法 :以H2 O2 对离体红细胞和血红蛋白 (Hb)的氧化损伤为实验模型 ,观察不同浓度、不同溶剂异丙酚的抗氧化作用。结果 :异丙酚能有效抑制H2 O2 诱发的红细胞溶血和脂质过氧化产物生成 ,对Hb的氧化反应也有一定的抑制作用 ,但作为其赋形剂的内脂成分可同时成为脂质过氧化底物而降低异丙酚的抗氧化作用。结论 :异丙酚的抗氧化保护作用可能主要表现在对脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用
Objective: To observe the anti-oxidative effect of propofol with different solvents. Methods: The oxidative damage of isolated red blood cells and hemoglobin (Hb) by H2O2 was used as an experimental model to observe the anti-oxidative effects of different concentrations of propofol. Results: Propofol could effectively inhibit the hemolysis of erythrocytes and the production of lipid peroxidation products induced by H2O2, and also inhibited the oxidation of Hb to a certain extent. However, propofol, as its excipient, could become lipid peroxidation Substrate to reduce the antioxidant effect of propofol. Conclusion: The anti-oxidative protection of propofol may be mainly reflected in the inhibition of lipid peroxidation
