建筑施工企业行业市场的竞争突现在造价竞争上。建筑施工企业要提高市场竞争力,最重要的是在项目施工中以尽量少的物质消耗和劳动力消耗来降低企业成本,把影响企业成本的各项间接耗费控制在计划范围之内。解决施工企业在工程项目成本管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的方法。
Construction industry competition in the market suddenly in the cost of competition. The most important thing for building construction enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness is to reduce the cost of the enterprise by minimizing the material consumption and labor consumption in the construction of the project and to control the indirect costs that affect the cost of the enterprise within the planned scope.
