本文通过对重力坝和拱坝的应力和稳定分析方法和设计准则的讨论,指出:1.当前的坝工技术并非是一门严密的科学而更恰当地说是一种“技艺”,其中实践经验和个人判断仍起很大作用;2.坝工技术的改进策略是要正确地理解和领会前人积累的经验,要加强坝基岩体的研究以彻底掌握其力学特性,要重视原型观测和反馈研究,以揭示影响坝体结构性能各种因素(特别是坝基和温度)的规律,以及应恪守坝工技术连续改善和演进的原则。
This paper discusses the stress and stability analysis methods and design criteria for gravity dams and arch dams, pointing out that: 1. The current dam technology is not a rigorous science but rather a “skill”, of which practice Experience and personal judgment still play a significant role; 2 dam technology improvement strategy is to correctly understand and understand the experience accumulated by predecessors, to strengthen the study of rock mass dam to thoroughly grasp its mechanical properties, we should pay attention to the prototype observation and Feedback research to reveal the law of various factors that affect the structural performance of dam (especially dam foundation and temperature), and abide by the principles of continuous improvement and evolution of dam technology.
