江西赣州金豪啤酒有限公司,是原赣县黄酒厂改造而成的企业。2002年5月赣州市老科协与该公司签订合同,开展了人员培训、优良菌种产品开发、节能降耗等方面的协作。老科协为企业举办了十多次专业培训班,培养出酿酒、机电、质检、锅炉等技术骨干33名,熟练操作的生产工人100多名。引进德国酵母菌种,投入生产和发酵周期缩短2至3天,提高产量10%,年增效益10多万元。协会还组织相关专家从生物化学、营养学、医学和酿造技术等方面,科学提出了
