一、引言随着石油化工以及煤的气化等新型能量转换工业的发展,研究高温混合气体腐蚀已成为日益紧迫的需要。要阐明在这些复杂混合气体高温侵蚀环境下金属和合金的腐蚀规律,首先要测定在这些环境下金属腐蚀的速度。为此,我们研制了高温混合气体腐蚀试验装置,使它能够同时对三只试样进行腐蚀并自动称量,以测定和比较不同试样的腐蚀速度。而一般手动的、单点的天平称重法就不能满足系统测试的要求,因为这种方法虽然直观可靠,不需要复杂的仪器,但试验周期长、测量较麻烦,试验用的各种材料耗费较大、测定时间长。如常用的光点反射式天平由于高温气流的作用,称量时光点不断摆
