目的:探讨三级无缝隙质量管理应用于手术室护理管理的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年10月医院手术室的160例患者,根据三级无缝隙质量管理实施前后,将其分为三级无缝隙质量管理实施前的对照组和三级无缝隙质量管理实施后的观察组,比较两组患者手术应激情况、护理人员专业技能考核、护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的护理人员专业技能考核及格率明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理人员工作能力、沟通技巧、服务态度、病区管理、健康教育等方面满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:三级无缝隙质量管理能够有效减少手术应激,提升护理人员的专业技术水平,改善患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of three-level seamless quality management in operating room nursing management. Methods: From January 2015 to October 2016, 160 patients in the operating room of the hospital were selected and divided into three groups before and after the implementation of the Gap Quality Management After the implementation of quality management, the observation group was divided into two groups: the surgical stress, nursing professional skills assessment and nursing satisfaction. Results: Compared with the control group, the heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the examination rate of the professional skills of the nursing staff was significantly increased (P <0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the working ability, communication skills, service attitude, ward management and health education of the nursing staff (P <0.05). Conclusion: The three-level seamless quality management can effectively reduce the surgical stress, enhance the professional skills of nurses and improve patient satisfaction.
