(一)总体情况当前,国内外经济正发生深刻而复杂的变化,世界经济增长乏力、动能不足的矛盾依然突出。我国持续推进供给侧改革,同时推出了一系列稳增长措施,主要经济指标平稳增长,经济增长略超市场预期。前3季度,国内生产总值同比增长6.7%,其中1、2、3季度均增长6.7%,经济增长的稳定性不断提高。全国规模以上工业增加值同比实际增长6%,增速与上半年持平。有关专家预计,4季度工业经济仍将延续总体平稳、稳中有进的基本格局。

The value added of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 6% year-on-year, and the growth rate was the same as that in the first half of the year. Relevant experts predict that the industrial economy will continue the basic pattern of overall stability, stability and progress in the fourth quarter.
