现代无抽搐电休克治疗(简称MECT,下同)是在传统的电休克(简称ECT,下同)基础上,经过技术改良,利用现代麻醉技术,使病人在安睡和肌肉完全松弛的状态下,应用多功能、多参数监测技术,接受电休克治疗,是目前精神病学中较为安全,合并症较少的唯一物理治疗手段.我院于1998年初从美国引进该项先进技术,在1998年9月～2001年6月期间,对530例病人进行了3 180例次治疗,无发生不良后果,基本达到了预期疗效,总结如下.
