目的使用改进的依地酸(EDTA)滴定法测定各类补钙产品中的钙含量。方法样品采用干法消化,改进的EDTA滴定法测定;同时与湿法消解,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定结果进行比较。结果方法相对标准偏差为0.84%~2.34%,标准参考物测定值均在规定范围内。2种方法测定20种样品的结果,经t检验,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论改进的EDTA滴定法用于测定钙含量高低不等的补钙产品,结果准确,操作简单且无污染,能满足各类补钙产品中钙测定的要求。
Objective To determine the calcium content of various types of calcium supplements using modified etidronate (EDTA) titration. Methods The samples were determined by dry digestion and modified EDTA titration method. The results were compared with the results of wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The relative standard deviation of the method was 0.84% ~ 2.34%. The standard reference values were all within the specified limits. Two kinds of methods to determine the results of 20 samples by t test, all P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The modified EDTA titration method for the determination of calcium content ranging from different calcium products, accurate results, simple operation and no pollution, to meet the calcium determination of various types of calcium products.
