欧阳忠谋，教授级高级工程师，1966年毕业于清华大学工程物理系，现任中国普天信息产业集团公司总裁兼党组书记，兼任中国电子学会常务理事、中国通信企业协会副会长、电子信息软件科学与国际关系研究学会副理事长、通信专业分会委员会委员、中国市场学会常务理事、中国机电产品进出口商会信息产品分会会长、中国移动通信联合会副会长等职。先后在国内外20多种报刊上发表文章百余篇，计100余万字。曾被评为中央国家机关优秀共产党员、中国500名企业创业者、全国对外经贸优秀企业家，1995年获全国劳动模范称号。
Ouyang Zhongmou, a professor-level senior engineer, graduated from Engineering Physics Department of Tsinghua University in 1966 and is currently president and party secretary of China Putian Corporation. He is also standing director of China Institute of Electronics, vice president of China Communications Enterprise Association, science of electronic information software Vice Chairman of Institute of International Relations, Member of Committee of Communications Branch, Executive Director of China Marketing Association, President of Information Products Branch of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, and Vice President of China Mobile Communications Association. He has published more than 100 articles in more than 20 kinds of newspapers and magazines at home and abroad, counting over 1 million words. Has been rated as outstanding Communist Party members of the Central Government, 500 Chinese entrepreneurs, the country’s outstanding foreign trade entrepreneurs, in 1995 won the title of national model worker.
