秦老先生虽然作息时间正常,也不熬夜,但在白天只要一空闲下来,瞌睡就来了,而且总能在极短的时间内打起呼噜。后经医生诊断,秦老先生患上了睡眠呼吸暂停综合征。长期以来,人们一直认为睡觉打呼噜、白天嗜睡是因为没有休息好,再说出没觉得身体哪里不舒服,所以根本用不着看医生。其实,这种想法是非常错误的,睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的危害不可小觑。就此相关问题,记者采访了中国睡眠研究会常务理事、秘书长、北京同仁医院呼吸科副主任王毓洲博士。
