在人力资源日益重要的今天,如何在有限的人员下获得最大的效益成为了企业重点研究的课题。而激励机制,就是增强员工积极性、增加员工效率的重要法宝。尤其是以人员质量决定服务质量的酒店更是如此。可以说激励机制运用的好坏,可以直接的决定酒店的兴衰。好的激励体制可以让员工注重自身技能的成长、为酒店做出最大的贡献。而坏的激励机制反而会削减员工的积极性,使员工产生疏离感。我国的各个酒店,在激励方面尚有许多不完善的地方。本文将从激励体制的建立及理论基础入手,分析激励机制的运行和建立,分析我国酒店激励机制的不完善之处,给出相应的改进意见,提出了激励机制进一步发展所需要注意的问题。
