目的分析高频超声技术应用于2型糖尿病老年患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床价值。方法随机选取我院2015年6月~2016年12月间收治的64例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,视作观察组;另选择同期接受体检的64例健康者视作对照组。两组患者均采用高频超声技术进行诊断,对最终诊断情况进行记录。结果观察组共检出168处斑块,对照组共检出30处斑块。两组研究对象颈动脉分叉处斑块占比明显高于颈总动脉、颈内动脉,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组软斑块数量最多,占比38.1%;其次为硬斑块,占比31.0%;对照组扁平斑块数量最多,占比33.3%;再次为混合斑块,占比30.0%;两组研究对象不同斑块所占比例无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组颈总动脉、颈动脉分叉处、颈内动脉IMT值均高于对照组,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用高频超声技术诊断2型糖尿病老年患者动脉粥样硬化斑块具有较高的准确率,可较好反映出患者斑块发生、分布及回声情况,进而为后期的治疗提供依据,应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted from June 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected as the observation group. Another 64 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. Two groups of patients were diagnosed using high-frequency ultrasound technology, the final diagnosis of the situation recorded. Results A total of 168 plaques were detected in the observation group and 30 plaques in the control group. The proportions of carotid bifurcation plaque in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the common carotid artery and internal carotid artery. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The number of soft plaque in the observation group was the highest, accounting for 38.1%; followed by the hard plaque, accounting for 31.0%; the number of flat plaque in the control group was the largest, accounting for 33.3%; the second was the mixed plaque, accounting for 30.0% There was no significant difference in the proportion of different plaques in the study subjects (P> 0.05). The IMT of carotid arteries, carotid bifurcation and internal carotid arteries in observation group were higher than those in control group, there was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of atherosclerotic plaques in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus using high-frequency ultrasound has a higher accuracy, which can better reflect the occurrence, distribution and echogenicity of patients with plaque, and thus provide the basis for the later treatment, the application value Higher.
