自1988年以来,我们坚持推行优化劳动组合,并把它纳入正常的劳动管理,逐步走上了周期化、制度化、合同化的轨道。一、立足实际,积极稳妥地搞好优化劳动组合。优化劳动组合就是把竞争机制引入企业劳动人事管理之中,破除僵化的人员组织机构,逐步形成“责、权、利”相统一的、新型的职工与企业的劳动关系。我局在优化劳动组合方面的具体作法大致可分
Since 1988, we have insisted on the optimization of the labor mix and incorporated it into normal labor management, and gradually embarked on a cyclical, institutional, and contractual track.
