In this paper, 48 lead male lead (PbB), lead (PbS), serum luteinizing hormone (LH), serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), plasma testosterone levels and their correlation were studied and found that blood (P <0.05); serum LH was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); FSH and plasma testosterone contents were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); The level of serum LH was significantly higher in high blood lead group than in low blood lead group (P <0.01), but FSH and T were significantly lower (P <0.05); LH in high blood lead group was significantly higher than that in low blood lead (P <0.01), while T was significantly lower than that of the low concentration of lead (P <0.05). It suggested that lead could damage the normal physiological function of the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. Lead affected some sex hormones Secretion may be one of the important mechanisms of lead poisoning.
