本试验结果表明:施氮量对甜菜的硝酸还原酶活性有明显的影响。随施氮量的增加,硝酸还原酶活性增强。施氮量与硝酸还要酶活性呈正相关,相关系数 r=0.947~*。研究结果表明:硝酸还原酶活性是体现甜菜氮代谢特点的生化指标,可做为推断氮素水平的间接指标。
The results showed that: the amount of nitrogen on sugar beet nitrate reductase activity significantly affected. With the increase of nitrogen application, nitrate reductase activity increased. There was a positive correlation between the amount of nitrogen application and the enzyme activity, the correlation coefficient r = 0.947 ~ *. The results showed that nitrate reductase activity is a biochemical indicator of nitrogen metabolism of sugar beet, which can be used as an indirect index to infer the nitrogen level.
