采用流动注射在线PVC尼龙6树脂微柱分离富集电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定地质样品中的痕量金。2mL样品以流速1.85mL/min上柱 ,2g/L硫脲0.2mL以相同速度反向洗脱 ,分析速度为每小时10个样品。方法检出限 (3σ)是0.002mg/L。对Au含量是0.15×10-6 的样品测定10次的相对标准偏差为10.6 %。通过对地质标样和实际样品对照分析证明该法准确可靠。
Determination of Trace Gold in Geological Samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma - Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with Flow Injection on - line PVC Polyamide 6 Resin. The 2 mL sample was loaded onto the column at a flow rate of 1.85 mL / min and 0.2 mL of 2 g / L thiourea was eluted reversely at the same rate with an analysis speed of 10 samples per hour. The method detection limit (3σ) is 0.002mg / L. The relative standard deviation of 10 determinations for a sample with an Au content of 0.15 × 10 -6 was 10.6%. Through the comparison of geological standard samples and actual samples, the method is proved to be accurate and reliable.
