大足北山石刻主要以观音造像为主,学术界关于大足石刻的总体艺术特征和美学方面的著述较多,但却少有以观音造像为专题来进行研究。本文从观音的面相体态、衣饰、宝座、坐式、装饰图案、雕刻技艺等诸多因素,系统地考察研究北山晚唐至宋代观音造像的结构特征和审美特质,进一步阐释分析这段历史时期观音像的美学演变进程和社会原因。
Dabu Beishan stone carvings are mainly based on Guanyin statues. There are a lot of writings about the overall artistic features and aesthetics of Dazu stone inscriptions in academia, but there are few studies focusing on Guanyin statues. This paper systematically investigates the structural characteristics and aesthetic qualities of Guanyin statues from Beishan during the late Tang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty from the aspects of Guanyin’s physique, clothing, throne, sitting, decorative patterns, carving techniques and so on, further explains and analyzes Guanyin Aesthetic evolution like the process and social reasons.
