郑州机务南段油脂再生设备是根据标准设计“油脂再生间”(图号:叁标机7376,铁道部专业设计院,铁一院、铁研院编)建成的。多年来生产出的油品都能达到国家规定的14号柴油机油的标准。最近单独装车使用证明油品质量很好,使用周期可延长。装用该油品的机车走行36020公里,进行抽样化验检查,油质是干净的,其它性能良好。尤其是油质分散性能,远较其它机车为好,也较东方红炼油厂的新油要好,达到这样好的效果是由于坚持了下面几点:1.坚持原设计规定的“沉降→蒸馏→硫酸精制→白土吸附→过滤→调合添加剂”工艺流程(见《铁道标准
