国家林业局日前印发《灌木能源林培育利用指南》,用于指导和规范林业主管部门、林业生物质能源生产企业培育利用灌木能源林活动的全过程。《指南》从苗木培育,造林地和树种选择、林地清理、造林、经营管理以及收获、更新与利用6个方面介绍了灌木能源林培育方法。《指南》指出,灌木能源林培育利用应合理确定灌木能源林覆盖度,年均降水量在300毫米-400毫米的沙化土地和干瘠山地成林后灌木能源林的覆盖度不超过30%;培育过程中不能对水资源造成影响,苗木生长应主要利用当地降雨和浅层土壤水;以适地适树为原则,
