本文对影响薄壁型钢结构安全度的重要因素——截面几何特性的变异性,作了比较全面系统的分析。通过实测截面尺寸、工厂自动记录数据以及由假定分布曲线进行经验推断等三个方面的分析比较,得到了薄钢杆件截面几何尺寸的变异性;又根据概率论误差传递原理,分别杆件受力状况(拉、压、弯)和截面形状(方管、槽形、角钢),求得了各种杆件的几何特性的变异性;得出了薄钢杆件几何特性变异性可采用同一值的结论,为分析薄钢结构安全度提供了既简单又比较可靠的参数。
In this paper, a comprehensive and systematic analysis is made on the variability of the geometrical characteristics of the important factor affecting the safety of thin-walled steel structures. The variability of the cross-sectional geometrical dimensions of thin steel rods was obtained through the analysis of the actual measured cross-sectional dimensions, the factory’s automatic recording of data, and the empirical inference from the assumed distribution curves. According to the principle of probability theory error propagation, the rods were subject to Force conditions (pull, press, bend) and cross-sectional shapes (square tube, groove, angle steel), obtained the variability of the geometric characteristics of various members; obtained the same value of the variability of the geometric characteristics of thin steel members The conclusion provides simple and reliable parameters for analyzing the safety of thin steel structures.
