医院改革必须在管理和质量上下功夫,必须在经营和服务上找出路,提高经营管理水平,改善医疗环境,保证服务质量,是医院能够稳定发展的前提。省医院在以下七个方面做了一些改革探索。一、更新观念,重大决策科学化科学决策是医院可持续发展的关键,为确保决策的科学性,必须建立一整套常规有秩的决策机制。一是更新观念。全面、准确把握中央有关卫生改革的方针政策,联系医院发展实际,研究医院发展的新路子。针对医院运行机制和医疗改革中存在的问题,改革创新,做“大手术”。把价格合理、质量优良始终作为改革的目标。
Hospital reform must work hard on management and quality. It is necessary to find a way out of operations and services, improve the level of business management, improve the medical environment, and ensure the quality of services. This is a prerequisite for the hospital to be able to develop steadily. Provincial hospitals have made some reform explorations in the following seven aspects. I. Renewing ideas, scientific decision-making of major decisions and scientific decisions are the key to the sustainable development of hospitals. In response to the problems existing in the hospital’s operating mechanism and medical reforms, reforms and innovations are made and major surgery is performed. Reasonable prices and good quality have always been the goals of reform.
