目的探讨阿托伐他汀的药理作用与临床应用。方法通过调查研究的方法,对我院自2011年9月至2012年9月收治的50例使用阿托伐他汀治疗的病例资料,进行归纳总结,比较患者治疗前、后HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC、CRP检测指标。结果经过2个疗程的给药治疗后,患者的HDL-C上升,LDL-C、TG、TC、CRP下降,治疗前、后对比分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀的临床作用广泛,尤其是对高胆固醇血症具有较好治疗效果,值得临床推荐使用。
Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects and clinical application of atorvastatin.
