在心脏标本教学中,发现右颈总动脉、右锁骨下动脉起始处变异1例,均起自于主动脉弓(图1)。此变异罕见,为积累国人解剖学数值资料,现报道如下。暴露心脏、主动脉弓及分支和肺动脉干,发现右颈总动脉、右锁骨下动脉起于主动脉弓而取代头臂干。起始处右颈总动脉压扁外径12 mm、左颈总动脉扁外径9 mm,两者间根部在主动脉弓上的间距为1 mm。起始处左锁骨下动脉压扁外径为7mm、右锁骨下动脉压扁外径为11 mm,两者间根部
In the teaching of heart specimens, we found that the right common carotid artery, the right subclavian artery at the beginning of a mutation, all from the aortic arch (Figure 1). This variation is rare, for the accumulation of Chinese anatomical numerical data are reported below. Exposed the heart, aortic arch and branch and pulmonary trunk, found that the right common carotid artery, right subclavian artery from the aortic arch and replace the brachiocephalic trunk. At the beginning of the right common carotid artery flattened diameter 12 mm, left common carotid artery flat diameter 9 mm, the distance between the two in the aortic arch spacing of 1 mm.
