一、前言一般地说,钢的Charpy V型缺口试样的冲击功α_k由裂纹萌生功和扩展功组成。球铁常用无缺口试样的冲击功作为冶金和铸造质量控制和检验准则,但对其冲击断裂过程的力学和物理机制的研究却远不如钢那样深入。随球铁应用范围的扩大,对冲击性能、低温性能等基础性试验研究更具理论和实践意义。利用带示波器冲击试验机拍摄冲击载荷—位移图可将其萌生功和扩展功分开,还可测定动态断裂韧性
I. Preface In general, the impact energy α_k of a steel Charpy V-notch specimen consists of the crack initiation work and extension work. The impact energy of common ductile iron ductile iron is used as the quality control and inspection criterion of metallurgy and casting, but its mechanical and physical mechanism of impact fracture process is far less advanced than that of steel. With the expansion of the scope of application of ductile iron, the basic experimental research on impact performance and low temperature performance is more theoretical and practical.
