鼻咽癌的CT显像与VEGF和p53蛋白表达的相关性研究

目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者CT表现与血管内皮细胞生长因子以及p53蛋白表达的相关性。方法:选择经病理确诊的鼻咽癌患者36例,行螺旋CT扫描并采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤组织中VEGF和p53蛋白的表达,分析影像学特征与VEGF及p53蛋白表达的相关性。结果:鼻咽癌患者肿瘤组织中VEGF的表达与CT征象中的侵及后鼻孔、颅底骨质破坏及颈部淋巴结转移正相关,p53蛋白的表达与颈部淋巴结转移正相关。结论:肿瘤组织中VEGF和p53蛋白表达与鼻咽癌的部分CT影像学特征相关,可作为评价鼻咽癌CT表现恶性度及预后的指标。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the CT findings and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and p53 protein in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Thirty-six patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by pathology were selected. Spiral CT scan and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of VEGF and p53 in tumor tissue. The correlation between the imaging features and the expression of VEGF and p53 protein was analyzed. Results: The expression of VEGF in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was positively correlated with invasion of posterior nares, destruction of skull base and cervical lymph node metastasis in CT sign. The expression of p53 protein was positively correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The expression of VEGF and p53 in tumor tissue is correlated with some CT features of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, which can be used as an index to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
