在2015年两会的政府工作报告中,李克强总理指出:要把“大众创业、万众创新”打造成为推动中国经济继续前行的“双引擎”之一。在推动创业创新中,孵化器通过提供政策、人才、技术、资金等多方面支持,帮助科技企业提高生存能力,实现企业的健康发展。由于科技企业的行业科技含量高、相关产业带动能力强等特点,孵化器的完善对实现经济增长和产业升级意义重大。本文分析了广西科技企业孵化器的现状,找出存在问题,尝试为其提出改善建议。
In the report on the work of the two governments in 2015, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out: We must make “one of mass entrepreneurship and creation of all kinds of innovations” one of the “twin engines” that will push China’s economy forward. In promoting innovation in entrepreneurship, incubators help science and technology enterprises to improve their viability and achieve the healthy development of enterprises by providing various supports such as policies, talents, technologies and funds. Due to the high technology content of science and technology enterprises and their ability to drive relevant industries, the improvement of incubators is of great significance for economic growth and industrial upgrading. This article analyzes the status quo of Guangxi science and technology business incubator, find out the existing problems and try to give suggestions for improvement.
