【提案背景】促进京津冀地区基本公共文化服务均等化是推动京津冀协同发展不可或缺的重要内容。京津冀农村基本公共文化服务差异的主要原因有:经济社会发展水平差异导致供给差异;文化市场活跃度差异导致文化供给差异;自供体发展水平差异导致农村公共文化服务差异。 【Proposal Background】 Promoting the equalization of basic public cultural services in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an indispensable part of promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The main reasons for the differences in basic public cultural services in rural areas in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are as follows: the differences in economic and social development lead to supply differences; differences in cultural market activity lead to differences in cultural supply; and differences in the level of self-donor development lead to differences in rural public cultural services.
