1989年1月30日下午,云南省人大常委会副主任杨明、省人大常会委会委员教科文卫委员会副主任委员叶涛、省人大常委会委员赵丛礼等同志视察了云南省档案馆档案库房危房。省政府副秘书长吴广范和省计委,建委、财政厅的有关同志陪同视察。视察后召开了座谈会。杨明同志在座谈会上指出:一要更新观念。我国过去档案是封闭的、保密的,被看作是政治档案。
On the afternoon of January 30, 1989, Ye Ming, deputy director of Yunnan Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, Ye Tao, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congresses and Zhao Congli, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, inspected the archives of Yunnan Provincial Archives Dangerous room. Wu Guangfan, deputy secretary general of the provincial government, accompanied by relevant comrades from the Planning Commission, the Construction Committee and the Finance Department of the provincial government. After the inspection, a symposium was held. At the symposium, Comrade Yang Ming pointed out: First, we must update our concepts. Our country’s past archives are closed and confidential, and they are regarded as political archives.
