药酒中检出含有亚硝胺类的问题,应引起重视。特别对我国各种药酒中含亚硝胺类达到多少数量级,建议有关单位进行全面考查,要进一步制订药酒中亚硝胺类可允许限量。关于微量亚硝胺的分析方法,可参阅黎兰馨:亚硝胺的分析化学[分析化学5(4)309~317(1977)]和最近河南新乡师院采用二次展开光解法薄层层析鉴定粮食中挥发性亚硝胺[魏天俊等,中国化学会1980年分析化学论文报告会论文摘要汇集(下)F·27],结合我国中药厂实际,可以考虑试用。
The problem of containing nitrosamines in drug wines should be paid attention to. In particular, how many orders of magnitude for nitrosamines in various liquors in China have been reached, and it is recommended that relevant units conduct comprehensive examinations and further develop the permissible limits for nitrosamines in liquor. Considering the reality of Chinese herbal medicine factories, trials can be considered.
