The new Haibo Building in Munich is the headquarters of the Haibo Bank. After the completion of the building, it is possible to centralize the office work of 2,400 employees originally scattered in many parts of the city. This is certainly necessary from the perspective of the internal organization of the bank. At the same time, creating better working conditions for bank employees is also an important consideration for new buildings. The building is located in the new district of Munich. The old center of the city’s medieval and classical style was completely restored after the war and opened up to protect the pedestrian area. The newly developed commercial and residential area is on the east bank of the Isar River, across the river from the old city. The office building in the New District is only 70 meters high, while the Haibo Building is 110 meters high, so it is very prominent in the urban environment.
