党的十八大以来,党中央、国务院从全局和战略高度,把公共文化服务体系建设摆在了突出位置,特别是习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的讲话,为当前和今后一个时期党的文艺工作进一步指明了方向。河北省群众艺术馆作为向社会提供公共文化服务的重要部门和窗口,以新形势、新政策、新要求为指引,坚持心系群众、面向群众、服务群众、培育群众,自觉担当起推动群众文化事业繁荣发展的使命,不断创新工作方式方法,着力搭建五大公共服务平台,取得了良好成效。
