金川集团矿山工程分公司日前使用反井钻机施工的二矿区新增1 350~1 150 m,B3-3组10号充填钻孔顺利完工并完成固井,标志着反井钻机钻进工艺在大口径工程钻孔施工中应用成功。与以往使用的水源钻机靠钻具自重加压钻进不同,反井钻机使用液压驱动带动钻杆转动,通过液压进行加压钻进,可更好的调节钻进参数,提高钻进效率。因地层石英含量较高,硬度较高,该实验区段使用普通的水源钻机施工效率平均每月只有70 m左右,
