本研究的目的是以CO_2激光、液氮冷冻探针和常规手术刀手术分别在大鼠腹部造成伤口后,比较其愈合的速度和方式。材料和方法24只体重300g的SD大鼠,腹部均剃去毛。腹腔内注射成巴比妥钠(25mg/kg)行全身麻醉。用功率分别为5W、10W、20W的光斑直径为1、0mmCO_2激光照射大鼠皮肤,引起灼伤。据此计算出的功率密度分别为640、1270、2550W/cm~2。伤口宽度是激光束的宽度即为1mm,长度是2cm。照射不穿透肌膜,并且不缝合伤口。
The purpose of this study was to compare the rate and pattern of wound healing in the abdomen of a rat following CO 2 laser, liquid nitrogen cryo-probe, and conventional scalpel surgery. MATERIALS AND METHODS All 24 SD rats weighing 300 g were shaved to the abdomen. Intraperitoneal injection of sodium pentobarbital (25mg / kg) under general anesthesia. The rats were irradiated with 1,0 mm CO 2 laser with 5 W, 10 W and 20 W spot diameters, respectively, to cause burns. The calculated power densities are 640, 1270 and 2550 W / cm ~ 2, respectively. Wound width is the width of the laser beam is 1mm, the length is 2cm. Irradiation does not penetrate the muscular membrane and does not close the wound.
