熔模铸造属于精密铸造,近几年来在机械工业上应用越来越多。一般小型精铸件形状都较复杂,有些部位不经机械加工就装配使用,因此,要求热处理后零件表面脱碳层少,变形量小,较重要的零件对机械性能还有要求。所以合理的热处理工艺是十分重要的。我厂精铸件热处理分两类:一类是一般零件,采用退火,其质量好坏主要考核脱碳层和变形量。第二类是较重要的零件采用退火加调质处理,其质量好坏不但要考核脱碳
Investment casting is precision casting, in recent years more and more applications in the machinery industry.
