随着经济的快速发展,经济技术的进步,机组的容量越来越大,效率与参数也不断的提高,火力发电机组中的主流机组已经变成了,600MW与1000MW级的机组。在进行锅炉安装的过程中,关于“四管”的防爆一直是电力企业发展中高度重视的一个问题,尤其是近几年来,锅炉的温度与压力在不断的提升,因而电力企业在“四管”防爆问题上面临的挑战也日益严峻。从锅炉的生产制造到安装运行,包含了多个环节,其爆炸的原因也是千差万别的。笔者在此结合某公司的案例对锅炉安装作业中的“四管”防爆措施进行阐述分析。
