目的研究一种血液透析机专用复方消毒液杀菌效果及其消毒相关性能。方法用悬液定量和载体浸泡定性杀菌试验、毒性试验和理化测定方法,对该消毒液性能进行了实验室观察。结果用含867 mg/L过氧乙酸和3 044 mg/L过氧化氢的该复方消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用15 min,可达到完全杀灭。用含17.34 g/L过氧乙酸和60.88 g/L过氧化氢的该复方消毒液对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15min,可达到完全杀灭。该复方消毒液原液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值为>5 000 mg/kg(体重);对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞结果阴性。结论该血液透析机专用复方消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,属于无毒级物质。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of a special disinfectant for hemodialysis machine and its disinfection-related properties. Methods The qualitative and quantitative bactericidal test, toxicity test and physical and chemical test were used to determine the performance of the disinfectant. Results The compound disinfectant containing 867 mg / L peracetic acid and 3 044 mg / L hydrogen peroxide completely killed the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans for 15 min. With 17.34 g / L peracetic acid and 60.88 g / L of hydrogen peroxide in the compound disinfectant suspension of Bacillus subtilis black spores 15min, to achieve complete kill. The LD50 value of the compound disinfectant stock solution in acute oral toxicity test of mice was> 5000 mg / kg (body weight); the results of the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes were negative. Conclusion The hemodialysis machine for compound disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect, which belongs to non-toxic substances.
